What many people don’t know is that Bear Creek is 100% woman owned and Victoria is the reason we exist today! Victoria serves as CEO and Integrator of Bear Creek – in charge of making sure all day-to-day operations and systems of Bear Creek run smoothly between all the divisions. More importantly her heart is to see each Bear Creek team member thrive, learn, and grow both personally and professionally.  Originally from Taos, New Mexico she now resides in Waynesboro with her husband Brian and their four daughters.

After 20+ years of working in Bookkeeping and Administration (largely in the construction field) I decided it was time for a change.  Initially, I launched Bear Creek as a Construction Cleaning business – our teams would come in after new construction was finished and clean the space prior to the owners or tenants moving in. Six months into launching Bear Creek, I hired my husband Brian and over the years we have shaped and molded Bear Creek into an outdoor living company.

I am originally from Taos, New Mexico, but now reside in Waynesboro with my husband Brian and four daughters. When I am not working and leading at Bear Creek, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my husband and daughters. Brian and I spend a lot of time in the mountains hiking and backpacking, especially on the AT. I love being in Waynesboro for all the great things to do outdoors. I recharge by getting outside to enjoy gardening and sustainable farming. I also love reading a good book on the front porch.

Fun Facts about Victoria

1. I became a first time published author on January 12, 2021 when my book “Daring To Fight – When Grit, Grace & Faith Take Depression Head On”  launches to the world.
2. When I was 8 years old, my family was featured on the TV Series “Portrait of America.”
3. I love Butter Pecan Ice cream.
4. My dream car is actually a Harley Davidson Motorcycle
5. I don’t mind most bugs or snakes, but I hate cockroaches!
