Team Member Spotlight: Leslie Carter

Leslie Carter

Leslie Carter has been with the Bear Creek team since March 2021 and is a fast learner and loves to help in anyway she can. She is currently working as our Sales and Design Manager.  Leslie is married to Brett, one of our amazing Foremen, and they both are from and currently reside in Nelson County.  Leslie came to our team after connecting with Victoria and saw it as a great opportunity to grow!  Leslie has been a great addition to our team and has done amazing work leading our sales team. She is passionate about delivering design and furnishing styles that our clients love!

Working in furnishing designs gives me a lot of creative freedom and I have loved getting to get the design spaces off the ground and running.  I also love the office atmosphere and the family values that the company has.  It is nice to work for a company that sees me as more than another employee and truly values the work that I do.  When I am not working, I love putting my design skills to work and working on DIY projects.  I also love watching my kids playing sports and being outside, especially at the beach!

1. I love shoes, I may have over 300 pairs 🙂
2. I enjoy hunting and fishing
3. I dream of having a BIG truck one day…and yes driving with heels on or boots lol
4. I enjoy antiques
5. Drive In movies are the best!
6. Dancing is my stress reducer
