Here is an awesome backyard feature that we installed for a client in Palmrya. This homeowner was struggling with drainage running through the yard and washing away whatever was planted there. This dry bed was structured to allow water to flow through without disrupting the landscape. As an added bonus, it will also water all the plant life that was planted around it!

Brian Mininger joined his wife, Victoria (Founder/President of Bear Creek), in the Fall of 2016 as the Co-founder and Vice President of Bear Creek. He is the visionary for our team and helps move us forward. He has 25 + years of experience in the construction industry. Day-to-day, he runs the sales and meets with clients, and visits job sites, but still gets out in the field to work alongside the rest of the team and train young carpenters.

He hails from Bakersfield, CA, and now resides in Staunton, VA with his wife and two children. Zach is leading our team as our Shop and Production Foreman. He has always had a vision to help our teams work efficiently and complete projects with precision. We have always felt that having Zach as part of our team has been a much-needed blessing.
