Nathan Todd Cox

Nathan joined the team in October 2025 as a Lead Pool Installer. With Bear Creek adding pools to their scope of work, they were happy to welcome on an experienced installer that could help facilitate the installation from excavation to plumbing.

Nathan is a dedicated single father of three remarkable sons, whose professional journey reflects a profound appreciation for creating tangible value. Beginning his career in technology on the West Coast, Nathan spent over a decade excelling in 3D design and production development, honing precision and innovation in a digital environment.

Seeking greater fulfillment, he relocated to Virginia and transitioned into residential construction, where he discovered deep satisfaction in building homes and transforming communities. As he describes it, trading “moving pixels” for “moving gravel” has proven far more rewarding—a real-life parallel to the themes of Office Space.

Nathan now brings this distinctive blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and hands-on craftsmanship to the construction industry, driven by a commitment to quality, efficiency, and lasting impact. He is eager to contribute his unique perspective to projects that improve lives and strengthen neighborhoods.
