Kaitlyn Mininger

Kaitlyn joined the Bear Creek Team in July 2025 as a Project Coordinator, a role that helps support our Production Team from the office. In her role, she promotes project flow in areas such as vendor communication, ordering materials, projecting collections, and more.

Kaitlyn is the youngest daughter of Brian and Victoria (owners) and grew up all over the Shenandoah Valley. She recently graduated from Bridgewater College with two degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science. She has a passion for education and plans to return to school in the future.

While attending Bridgewater, she was incredibly blessed to play softball through her college years. Since graduating, she has found many new things to spend her time on. She enjoys running, reading, and getting involved in my church community. I also love to spend my time outside and listening to all different types of music.

A Few of Kaitlyn’s Hobbies

• Watching Sports – specifically the Atlanta Braves, college hoops, and any football game.
• Taking a walk and listening to a book/podcast.
• Reading my Bible and journaling.
• Visiting with friends and family.
• Going to get ice cream.
