Job Title: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is an administrative position that assists the Project Manager and the construction team in the efficient delivery of our construction projects through the gathering and distribution of project information and the completion of project-related administrative tasks. This is a high-demand position the requires handling a high volume of tasks and communications in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator is key to the success of every project.

Leadership

Work Efficiency/Quality of Work
- Maintain good productivity
- Identify potential issues and find solutions
- Collect all project information (Plans, contracts, estimates, etc) for the construction team
- Review project information for discrepancies
- Submit permit applications and work with government agencies to get permits
- Shop project materials for the best price
- Refine and develop the project information flow systems
- Work closely with the project manager to complete other project-related tasks (Product research, Miss Utility Tickets, Selection verification, etc)
- Check material packages before delivery from the shop
- Coordinate material flow schedules for on-time delivery for the construction team and minimized storage and cash flow demands
- Assist project consultants with product/pricing information gathering for estimating projects.
Communication
- Communicate clearly and ask questions
- Regularly check company communications
- Respond in a timely manner to all communications
- Gather material list information from the construction team and assemble material lists for review by the Operations Manager
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries with vendors
- Manage and Update the BuilderTREND project schedule
- Record updates in BuilderTREND Daily Logs during the planning process
Management
- Hold construction team members accountable for the completion of project planning tasks in a timely manner.
Professionalism
- Maintain good hygiene, neat appearance and wear company uniform
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
- Abide by Bear Creek standards and policies
- Attend and engage in company meetings
- Interact with clients and team members in a positive manner
- Protect owners home, property and personal information
