Every Great Project Starts with Design. Design is the first step for all the Outdoor Living projects we build and for our customers who are looking for direction to guide their inspiration.
Design Package 4 includes unlimited on-site consultations. The initial backyard design consultation, where we will discuss your dreams, needs and desires for your outdoor living space and share our expertise to design your space and help you plan your materials and finishings. We will gather your insights and input and share our expertise to design your space and help you plan your materials and finishings. After the consultation, you will receive a 3D Rendering along with the 2D Floor Plan that will be explained fully in a virtual presentation; this package includes unlimited revisions to your initial design. You will also receive an Investment Guide and Build Plans, which will give you a more in depth rundown of the scope of your project and detail the selections based on your design. We will also include a Furnishing Plan for your space based on your style and needs for optimal utilization of your space.
Your design will be prepared and presented to you. You will have access through BuilderTrend, our customer portal, to all the information for your backyard transformation. Once your design is complete, we will help you come up with a plan to complete the construction and furnishing of your outdoor living space.
