This homeowner wanted to convert their existing upper level deck to a screened in porch. By converting the space, they now have an outdoor living room that provides protection from rain, sun, and bugs so that they can enjoy the outdoors in all four seasons. They also had us add a patio with a pergola to provide a spacious gathering area on the lower level.
