This screen porch and upgraded patio turns the owner’s existing simple concrete patio space into a backyard dream space. The screen porch creates a space that can be used year round with protection from the elements and insects. The new patio was not only an upgrade aesthetically, but also was expanded to create a more spacious gathering area to enjoy grilling or relaxing in the sun.
