Team Member Spotlight: Keith Sneed

Here at Bear Creek, we are privileged to have such a great team of people working for our clients. Once a month we highlight one of our team members so that you can get to know them a little bit better.

This month’s spotlight falls on Keith Sneed. Keith joined the Bear Creek team in March and works as a Sales/Estimator for the team. Keith is originally from Richmond, VA and currently resides there.

How did you come to the Bear Creek team?

Met Brian and Victoria when I first came to the area. We connected on similar backgrounds in the construction industry. When I was in a transition out of my first company, Brian & Victoria were also at a transition point needing help as the company was growing. They’ve been phenomenal people and it was a pleasure to come and connect with what they were building – which is people.

What have been some of your favorite projects to work on and why?

More than the projects, it’s been fun working with and getting to know the various people on the team. Before moving into sales, I helped out in the field. All though the projects are pretty cool (Pergola, Decks and Sun Porches), it was cool working with and watching the crews grow.

What are some things you appreciate and value about working with the Bear Creek team?

The heart of the team working together. As companies grow it’s not always easy, but I got to see the team pull together to help each other through various transitions to where the company is now. The most impactful part I would say is when the covid crisis hit and places were shutting down and laying people off, Brian and Victoria pulled the team together and reassured everyone that we would get through this together. They did get without having to lay anyone off and that was a powerful statement.
