Team Member Spotlight: Brandon Sanders
Here at Bear Creek, we are privileged to have such a great team of people working for our clients. Once a month we highlight one of our team members so that you can get to know them a little bit better.
This month the spotlight falls on Brandon Sanders – Brandon joined the Bear Creek team in May of 2017.
Brandon joined the Bear Creek team in May of 2017 after relocating with his family from Lagrange, Indiana. Brandon was offered the job by Victoria after a friendship developed between Victoria and his wife. Brandon is part of Bear Creek’s field crew as a Crew Foreman. His role is to oversee construction teams on-site and train. He also works with clients during the construction process and guides the crew towards completion of each project. Brandon has truly grown to be a valuable team member and leader.
More From Brandon
One of my favorite projects that I have worked on was the Heinsohn addition. It was my first project with Bear Creek and the first project I oversaw. It was also the largest addition I have had the chance to work on. I also thoroughly enjoyed helping the Miningers remodel their new house. It was a wonderful privilege to help my friends turn their house into a home. I also love that everyone on the team is treated as a valuable member of the team and they care about my personal growth and development. I have never worked for a company that made me feel valued in that way. When I am not working with Bear Creek, I love spending time with my family. We particularly love to hike and just have fun together. If we are not at home, we are probably at Colonial Williamsburg or at the beach.
